Ariana Voigt
Ariana Voigt brings more than 20 years of legal experience and intellectual property (IP) expertise, as well as deep knowledge and commitment to ensuring the privacy of the data entrusted to Catalina, to her role leading all legal, intellectual property and privacy functions. Ariana also partners closely with the Global Security team on compliance efforts around GDPR and CCPA. Previously, she held a series of increasingly broad leadership roles on Catalina’s legal team, most recently serving as VP, Associate General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer.
Prior to joining Catalina in 2016, Ariana was Assistant General Counsel and IP counsel for Health Care Service Corporation, the largest customer-owned health insurer in the U.S., operating through its Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans in Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas, where she handled all intellectual property matters, including transactional, enforcement, litigation defense and contracting, and supported the company’s Government Relations division.
Previously, Ariana was a partner in the IP group at Michael Best & Friedrich. She began her career as an associate at McDermott Will & Emery after graduating from the University of Wisconsin School of Law. She earned a B.A. from Southwestern University.
