Kevin brings 25+ years global strategy, commercial, go-to-market, business development, and product innovation leadership experience to his role as Catalina’s President and CEO, and as a member of its Board of Directors. He is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, managing stakeholder and investor relations, championing investments and driving innovation in critical areas of the digital marketing ecosystem, including advanced analytics, technology, personalization, and measurement.

Michael brings more than 15 years of domestic and global finance and accounting expertise to his role as Catalina’s Chief Financial Officer. Responsible for leading worldwide financial functions, strategy and corporate development, he is an empowering team leader committed to driving global and cross-functional alignment to incubate new revenue opportunities.

Ariana Voigt brings more than 20 years of legal experience and intellectual property (IP) expertise, as well as deep knowledge and commitment to ensuring the privacy of the data entrusted to Catalina, to her role leading all legal, intellectual property and privacy functions. Ariana also partners closely with the Global Security team on compliance efforts around GDPR and CCPA. Previously, she held a series of increasingly broad leadership roles on Catalina’s legal team, most recently serving as VP, Associate General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer.

Zubin Singh brings more than 12 years of far-sighted global technology and product development leadership experience across the advertising and marketing technology ecosystems to his role as Catalina’s Chief Technology Officer. He has played a key role in transforming and diversifying Catalina’s data-driven product portfolio since 2016.

William is President of Catalina International, responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of Catalina’s current international business and expansion efforts.

Mike brings more than 20 years of diverse expertise in human resources and operations to his role as Head of People for Catalina. As a member of the company’s global Executive Leadership Team, he partners closely with cross-functional teams across the globe to advance the company’s strategies and create the best possible environment for developing talent and elevating the business.

As Catalina’s Chief Information Security Officer, Ken brings over two decades of expertise in security, risk and compliance to his role leading the team responsible for safeguarding the company’s digital assets and empowering the organization to embrace security-based innovation, while navigating the rapidly evolving digital threat landscape.
