Humberto Zuniga

Humberto brings more than 20 years of experience leading and transforming operations in the technology and business services sectors to his role as General Manager of Catalina’s Costa Rica operations. Since 2020, Humberto has been an integral part of the leadership team fostering a world-class company culture and diversely talented team in Costa Rica.

Prior to joining Catalina, Humberto held multiple leadership roles at Dole Food Company, Bank of American, and Teletech. He began his career with Sykes Enterprises where he successfully grew from an individual contributor to a global leader responsible for driving growth and profitability in multi country call center, back office, and technology functions for Global 1000 companies including Cisco Systems, Intel, and MetLife. He has also founded several companies and served as a board member advising several Costa Rican companies.

Humberto earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from the Costa Rica Institute of Technology and is a Lean Six Sigma Practitioner. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and, in his spare time, tinkering with electronics, coding, and playing padel.
