Mike Springer

Mike brings more than 20 years of diverse expertise in human resources and operations to his role as Head of People for Catalina. As a member of the company’s global Executive Leadership Team, he partners closely with cross-functional teams across the globe to advance the company’s strategies and create the best possible environment for developing talent and elevating the business.

Recognized for his blend of strategic acumen and collaborative leadership, Mike has a proven track record of fostering growth and stability during times of organizational change. He is a bridge builder committed to cross-functional partnership, customer service and guiding teams to support global growth.

Mike has held a series of impactful leadership roles throughout his career, most recently serving as the Chief People Officer at Hallcon, where he navigated complex organizational changes as he oversaw employee relations, talent acquisition & development, HR systems, payroll, and acquisition integration.

Previously, he served as Head of HR for Westlake ACE Hardware, where he led initiatives to redesign store structures, implement performance management tools, and helped drive operational efficiency.

Mike began his career with Coca-Cola Enterprises, where he spent seven years ascending through various HR disciplines, followed by a decade with Ferrellgas [Blue Rhino] where he held several HR and operations leadership roles, and led a regional team, achieving substantial customer growth and improved margins.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications Management from Missouri State University and lives in Overland Park, Kansas, with his family.
