Before joining Catalina, Prem enjoyed a distinguished career including senior multi-territory roles for world-leading brands such as Sainsbury's, American Express, Visa and NatWest Bank. At Sainsbury’s, he led the revitalization of the UK’s largest Loyalty Scheme, Nectar, which has informed his work in leading Catalina’s ongoing digital transformation in the UK.
In addition to building an award-winning company culture with a high-energy sense of community, Prem fulfills his purpose of improving the lives of others through his service as a Trustee for The Harrow Academies Trust, which is dedicated to fostering educational excellence in London.
