Derek Lott

Derek brings 25 years of operational and strategic sourcing expertise to his role focused on continuously strengthening the delivery of omnichannel solutions for Catalina’s CPG brand, retail and agency customers.

Leading the teams responsible for Sales Support, Campaign Estimation, Account Management, Instore and Digital Advertising Operations, and Quality, he leverages training in Six Sigma and Total Customer Satisfaction to ensure the best possible service and results for Catalina’s clients.

Previously, Derek held a variety of leadership for roles for Catalina, most recently serving as VP, Center of Excellence. Earlier, Derek served as Senior Director of Merchandising for Southeastern Grocers, managing a $700 million portfolio of center store products. Derek has also held leadership roles with Winn-Dixie and Motorola.

Derek earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Olivet Nazarene University. His training is supplemented by post graduate education in procurement with a focus on strategic negotiations.
