Kevin brings 25+ years global strategy, commercial, go-to-market, business development, and product innovation leadership experience to his role as Catalina’s President and CEO, and as a member of its Board of Directors. He is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, managing stakeholder and investor relations, championing investments and driving innovation in critical areas of the digital marketing ecosystem, including advanced analytics, technology, personalization, and measurement.

Ariana Voigt

General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer

Ariana Voigt brings more than 20 years of legal experience and intellectual property (IP) expertise, as well as deep knowledge and commitment to ensuring the privacy of the data entrusted to Catalina, to her role leading all legal, intellectual property and privacy functions. Ariana also partners closely with the Global Security team on compliance efforts around GDPR and CCPA. Previously, she held a series of increasingly broad leadership roles on Catalina’s legal team, most recently serving as VP, Associate General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer.

He has specialized in special situations and distressed debt investing for his entire career, serving on the creditor committees of some of Europe’s largest financial restructurings. Prior to joining Alcentra, Laurence worked as an analyst for a proprietary investment group at Merrill Lynch focusing on stressed and distressed credit.

David is the Chief Strategy Officer at LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP) and Head of LiveRamp Ventures, responsible for corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business development and spearheads many of the company-wide strategic initiatives. David led the original acquisition of LiveRamp as part of Acxiom and has helped to drive the company’s strategy through 14 acquisitions, 5 divestitures, including the $2.3B sale of Acxiom’s marketing services division to Interpublic Group.  Most recently, David launched LiveRamp Ventures to make strategic investments to support our partner ecosystem.
